Let me start out by saying oh. my. gosh! This mattress is truly the most deliciously comfortable mattress I’ve ever owned. I have slept on this bad boy for the last two months and I didn’t realize how much my 5 year old memory foam mattress made my body ache until it didn’t anymore. This is my 100% honest review of my Big Fig Mattress.

I tend to get a little “preachy” when it comes to self-care and the importance of taking time to pamper + treat yo’ self but getting a new mattress is totally a form of self-care! I put this process off for so long and my body inevitably suffered for it. Big Fig is designed to support all body shapes + sizes but the primary reason I partnered with them is that they have innovative designs that cause their mattresses to last longer + maintain optimum support for larger framed individuals. My husband is a 230 pound bodybuilder and both he and I HATED when our old mattress provided zero support and felt like the material had just worn out… SOOOO, here enters Big Fig!
When I spoke with Big Fig via email, I had nothing but professional yet personable responses from the rep that was handling my order. The entire process took about 2.5 weeks from me placing my order to receiving white glover delivery! This worked perfectly because as you guys know, my hubby, fur babies and I were in the process of moving to Lexington KY. Let me back track for a second and talk about the white glove delivery! Man, was that nice! I didn’t have to deal with unpackaging the mattress, boxspring, and bed frame – they did it for me!! WHAT?! I literally have never had such a luxurious experience. Best part for me was the fact that they removed the boxes after unloading and unpackaging! We didn’t bring out memory foam mattress with us, we got rid of that monstrosity before we moved but if we still had it, I’m pretty sure they would have hauled that away as well. I will say, I had quite the back and forth struggle scheduling (well, rescheduling delivery) due to the local delivery company being unresponsive to the dispatch team that handles all of Big Fig’s deliveries. This is not the norm and would not effect anyone who is outside of Lexington, KY and has since been cleared up. Big Fig and their dispatch company that facilitatesand schedules deliveries were AMAZING during the entire process even with the hiccups from the local delivery company.
Size: This is a luxurious mattress and sits much higher than my old, worn out memory foam mattress did and I am HERE FOR IT!!! It fits like a glove in my beautiful bed frame from Wayfair!
Comfort Level: 100!!
Durability: It’s been two months but I promise to update you guys in 6 months or so to let you know what I think of it after some time passes!
I purchased regular sized sheets for this mattress and they fit perfectly!
With 100% honestly I can say that we would DEFINITELY get another big fig mattress in the future, the bed frame, box spring and mattress are such high quality and I couldn’t be happier!
