OMG, YES! I am digging my anti-blue light glasses from Spektrum Glasses, if you are a business owner or really just a human in 2019 you are constantly on a device: your phone, tablet, computer, etc. Chances are, you are also on one of these devices before going to bed whether to check emails one last time or to watch YouTube videos. Did you know that it’s been shown that blue light (the cool toned colors that your devices produce) have been linked to eye strain and difficulty/distrupted sleeping patterns?! OH MY!
I have honestly felt less eye strain than I ever have, in conjunction with wearing these glasses when on my devices (typically I wear them after the sun goes down when blue light is most intense) I also make sure that my mobile devices are turned to night mode around sunset as well to help combat that dreaded blue light even further! 10/10 would recommend! Not only do they serve their purpose but they are stylish AND have prescription lenses available as well! This is the style I am wearing!
