HONEYBOOK
Honeybook is my ride or die, seriously – it helps me not only keep track of ALLLLL the things but it keeps everything LL Photo and Lindsey Lay in one spot! I can create custom (fully automated) workflows to send invoices, greet new subscribers to my blog, have clients sign contracts + model releases, keep track of payments, and SO much more! I am beyond obsessed with this CRM and truly wouldn’t want to go back to running my businesses without it!

LINKTREE
Think of Linktree as your very own <FREE> landing page! This little gem allows you to take full advantage of the link in your bio for Instagram, this essentially allows for you to have an endless amount of call to actions for your customers/clients to view! If you’re having a sale on your ebook, mention that in your instastory and send clients to the link in your bio and BOOM, there it is along with other resources you want your clients to find! You can change these buttons at any time, it’s insanely simple and so incredibly useful! 10/10 would recommend!
GOOGLE VOICE
Google Voice is another amazing <FREE> resource! Have you ever been leery of having your personal phone number on your website or Google listing or maybe not want to give it out to customers/clients? Wellll, this bad boy eliminates the need to share your personal cell at all, ever! From what I’ve read this will continue to be a free resource for the foreseeable future so you don’t have to worry about suddenly being asked to pay a fee. Google Voice allows you to choose a phone number in a location you want (eg Charlotte, NC) and have full phone capabilities – calling, texting, AND transcribed voicemails! This has been a game changer for me. The best part is you receive calls and text through your current phone, no need for a second cell – just download the app and all of your calls/texts are separated from your personal line for you to review later!
